Deliveries:
We hope you will love your
new pieces as much as we do. We ship our products to the Republic of Ireland as
well as the UK. The delivery cost is €5.00 for Ireland if your total order is less than €50. The delivery cost for the U.K (Mainland & N.I) is €6.00. This cost is listed before any promotions which may or may not be running at the time you are reading this.
Delivery is free once your
order total exceeds €50.
To ensure speedy delivery, please
ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address and contact number.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses and contact numbers will delay the delivery
of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the
delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change
the delivery address.
All orders are shipped from
Ireland and our return address is based in Ireland.
Please note, we are
operating as normal in regards to UK shipment. However due to the new UK Import
and Customs Duties, some orders may be due UK VAT & duties before home
delivery. This is out of our control.
Tracking Your Order:
Deliveries are made through
our partner Fastway Couriers. All items are shipped within 48h delivery from
our warehouse. Our delivery days are Monday - Friday only and exclude public
and bank holidays. Please note that any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will
be collected from our warehouse on Monday.

Click & Collect:
UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO CURRENT GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES ON COVID-19,
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE FROM OUR STORE.
We offer a click and
collect service from our store, Safura, in Arklow, Co Wicklow. To avail of this
service, simply select Pickup from Store
when checking out. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email
confirmation to let you know when it is ready for collection.
Please note: Items ordered
with in-store pickup have no shipping fee. Please do not select this option if
you require shipping, as the shipping amount will need to be paid if a change
is requested.

Returns:
If you have any issues with
your pieces or find the size just isn’t quite right, please message us on
Facebook, Instagram or contact us via info@safura.ie with your order number and issue.
- Returns are
accepted by Safura.
- We accept
returns up to 28 days after delivery as long as the goods are un-used with
the tags attached & in a re-sellable condition.
- It is your
responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) arrive back to us. We
advise you to use a reputable delivery service and obtain a tracking
number.
- The cost of
returning the item(s) back to us is your responsibility as we do not
provide free delivery on returns. Any costs incurred with shipping the
return item(s) back to us will not be reimbursed.
- The original
invoice should be included with the return item(s). This will speed up the
return process as we can then trace your order. Please indicate on the
invoice the reason for the return.
- Please
contact us in advance if you wish to exchange your item(s) for an
alternative size. We will then reserve said item for you if it's
available.
- We do not
provide refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- We accept
credit/debit cards and PayPal as a method of payment. Please allow up to 2
weeks for your refund to be processed and refunded to your card. We will
email you to let you know your return item(s) have arrived back with us
and we will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been
processed. Please note, if you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of
sending the return back to us, please get in touch and we will follow up.
- A returned
item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be
unwashed, unused/unworn, have no make-up, tan or marks on it and have the
labels attached. Garment inspection is conducted on all refunds and exchanges.
If they do not meet the standards of our returns policy, they will not be
accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the item(s) will be at the
customer’s expense.
- You will not
be refunded the original shipping costs.
